Avocado Property

Great estate agents. Mike was very personable and he was always available to help and he went the extra mile, nothing was too much trouble. This is more than your average estate agents.PositiveResponsiveness

Superb service. Andrew looked after us from the second we met him when deciding to sell through to us moving in to our new home. Went above and beyond over and over again for us. Would highly recommend.

In my roll as a mortgage advisor I have worked with Avocado for over a year now and helped many of their customers with their mortgage arrangements. I have received nothing but positive feedback from our clients all of which say Avocado are a breath of fresh air to deal with. Clients of Avocado enjoy a single point of contact throughout the entire purchase process which offers a personal level of service that’s difficult to find elsewhere.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I was introduced to Avocado from a friend of mine, and it’s been a professional and excellent service from start to finish. I’d thoroughly recommend using the team at Avocado

From day one Ian has been a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and always helpful. You can tell he is invested in making the house buying experience as easy as possible, which makes a difference to you as a buyer. Uniquely different from other agents out there, I would definitely recommend Avocado to prospective sellers.

Great service from a new local estate agents. Everything was made easy from start to finish. Communication was great and overall a really friendly and personal service, which was refreshing. We are now just a stones through away from our dream home thanks to Ian at Avocado. Could not be happier. Highly Recommend!

Avocado Property are just brilliant. From the initial conversation with Mike all the way through to completion and collecting the keys, Avocado Properties were quick to respond, very knowledgable and guided us through the whole process. We both bought and sold with them so experienced both sides, and cannot recommend them highly enough!
