I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Mike at Avocado Property - Ian & Mike. It’s been a pretty stressful 6 months going through the process of selling our house but we did it and finally exchanged contracts today! They really aren’t like other estate agents, their approach to selling is so much more up to date and efficient we were really impressed right from the start! Mike was so proactive and professional throughout - from putting our house on the market to helping us chase the necessary people to try and speed it along as quickly as possible! So to anyone that is thinking of selling their property go and see Mike and the Team!
Reply from Avocado Property: Hi Hayley, congratulations on the exchange of contracts it’s been a long road from advertising with the first agent, not finding a buyer and starting again with me. Hopefully all worth while! Mike
