Mike and Ian did a fantastic job selling our house in a difficult climate. Everything was done quickly and professionally and the sale went through in under 8 weeks 😊 …

Very friendly professional team at Avocado. Modern, forward thinking agency and their customer service was excellent. Thank you.

Great estate agents. Mike was very personable and he was always available to help and he went the extra mile, nothing was too much trouble. This is more than your average estate agents.

Professional customer service and friendly staff. Despite lockdown issues everything was handled pretty smoothly and we are finally ready to move in. Thank you Ian and Avocado team!

Ian has been fantastic throughout the whole process from initial enquiry, all the way through to the offer stage! The video marketing and the photos showcased our house better than we could have ever imagined and secured us an offer within 24 hours of the property going live! Couldn’t recommend Ian and Mike enough. Thank you!

Dan and Neil are amazing! They made the whole process of selling a house easy. Super reliable and easy to contact at anytime. Both of them would go above and beyond to help me. Great communication and I am so happy I chose them. I would and have recommended them to anyone who wishes to sell or buy a property. Thank you to both of you!

Great company for first time buyers! We had Ian as our estate agent and he was always extremely friendly and professional and facilitated with everything we needed! As first time buyers Avocado Property made the experience really enjoyable, thoroughly recommend using them!
