The day when you first valued the house you told me you knew you had a buyer who’d “99% buy this house”. Two days later he and his wife went for a viewing and did place an offer. This saved us preparing the house for market, getting photographs and generally making it good to market. From then on you kept us informed on the progress. Chased solicitors in the chain to secure exchange of contracts and then completion despite Covid-19 restrictions and limitations. I’ve already recommended you to others and will continue to do so.
