After spending over a year dealing with various estate agents trying to find our dream home, we came across avocado property, with the lovely Ian and mike. From the beginning we found they understood exactly what we were looking for and the first property they found us we knew instantly was our home. We viewed it, put an offer in and moved in months later amidst the global pandemic! Everything went so smoothly dealing with Avocado property in comparison to other estate agents. We felt a huge sense of trust and comfort with the company and didnt find ourselves continually nagging to get responses and updates. Avocado Property really are the estate agents without the bulls**t.
