We had good support over the couple of years we rented a property through their agency. When we raised incidents and repairs they were dealt with promptly and without any issues. Belvoir also had good communication between us and the landlord. Our checkout at the end of tenancy was painless and without any incident.

Belvoir offered great service throughout the sale. Unfortunately the sale took longer than expected due to issues at the bottom of the chain, however the move manager at Basingstoke, Natalie Painter, was fantastic, going over and above her role to ensure the sale went through.
