Great Service - At times we found our Solicitor to be very hard to get hold of, especially by phone and found Belvoir to be more than helpful and answer any queries we had promptly and supported us throughout the process as first time buyers. Would definitely recommend Belvoir to other people.

Contracted with Belvoir to sell my Mother's house when she died. They were very helpful and sensitive in our grief. Did a very professional job and were always available to answer queries and offer advice. Kept my sister and I fully informed on progress every week. Would be happy to use them again.

I bought my first property with Belvoir and although it took 6 months to actually move in.. I think the delay was partly because of my rubbish solicitor.. but I must say Natalie was fantastic !!! She kept me up to date all the time at least once a week and explained everything to me clearly, as I knew nothing when buying my first house. Thanks again :) The only thing which is petty, when receiving the welcome box, I was so excited having just moved in, we had no milk etc to make coffee the next morning.... it was actually 6 months out of date. So just make sure you check for the next customers lol ... Thank you so much for your kindness and help Natalie!

Alix, thanks for taking the time to leave this review. I'm sorry to hear about your solicitors, but glad that you appreciate that it was them and not us that was the problem. However, I am mortified to think that the milk was out of date. In an ideal world, we'd go and buy a bottle of fresh milk for all our customers, but in truth the little tubs, whilst only UHT, are the only practical solution. We're rushing out this afternoon to put this right. Talk about shooting ourselves in the foot! Thanks for bringing it to our attention though. We won't buy in such large quantities this time!

A really good experience with Belvoir they make a point of regular communication which eases the pain of of selling a house. A very friendly team, Jamie and Matt were both very helpful, as were all the staff.

I am very Happy with Belvoir. Although I had to vacate the home early but wasn't Belvoir's fault and purely Landlord. Belvoirs Tenancy Fee is marginal and other thing that worries any tenant is the inventory which is well kept by Belvoir and most of the details are well captured. Another plus point is the maintenance which is very prompt and easy to raise through their portal. I have recently moved in to another property managed by Belvoir and hopeful to have a good association with them. I would recommend Belvoir to my Friends as well.

The staff were always helpful
