Good for Landlords & Tenants

We have worked with Belvoir in Basingstoke for several years now (as Landlords) and their fully managed service has been excellent. Specifically; * They are easily contactable and knowledgeable about our two properties * Contractors that they have used on our behalf have been reasonably priced and done a good job. Any small niggles have been resolved by Belvoir * They have been flexible where my husband has picked up repairs and easily work with a situation where the tenant knows us and the agency * Charges are clear up front and we have had no surprises. Things like tenancy agreements automatically move to periodic after the first year so avoiding re-signing costs for landlord and tenant (unless new agreement requested) and other similar examples. * No additional tenant charges after the initial upfront registration/reference checking costs. No pressure on tenant to use specific utility providers etc. *Monthly reports are clear and regular * Where there have been tenant issues (rent arrears or damage) Belvoir has been on it very quickly and worked together with the tenant to resolve quickly *Properties have been let promptly as Belvoir manage a number of properties and so usually have prospective tenants looking.
