Belvoir Basingstoke
Can't recommend Belvoir highly enough. 5* service time after time. Purchased, Sold and Let properties with them and can't fault them. Buying and selling property is so stressful but Belvoir make it effortless, always at the end of the phone and keep you updated on progress. You would be silly not to consider using them.

Jamie at Belvoir gave an excellent standard of service throughout
Jamie not only very successfully sold my property ( it took 2 days for very close to asking price - 2 people in chain) but also offered invaluable assistance in the purchase of my property in Cornwall. He was always friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble and I felt able to ring him with any queries. Chris was also very helpful particularly in the final stages as were all the other staff Thank you very much Belvoir!

The estate agent that can be bothered
All the staff were helpful, and did what they promised. They updated me every week on the progress of my sale Jamie was especially helpful, even when my sale looked like it wasn't going through with much speed. I would recommend Belviour over any other estate agent, as finding a property with others estate agencies pushed my patients, as I didn't get the service I was getting from Belviour Nice to see such service, which was not Apparent by other agents

Belvoir Lettings - Basingstoke
From a landlords's perpsective I cannot praise the Belvoir Lettings team at Basingstoke enough. Under the direction of Mike Jones and Andrew Lowery, the team are very knowledgeable, efficient, and always provide a prompt response to any issues. Directors Mike and Andrew have also been most supportive in the review of prospective properties for letting offerring excellent guidance in advance of purchase. Would recommend them unreservedly

New landlord and. therefore, new Belvoir customer
Belvoir were recommended to me as an agent to call when I decided to rent out my flat in Basingstoke. From the first call I made to them, I have been impressed with the professionalism and also support/advice I've received - even before I became a client. Undoubtedly, this level of service helped me decide to choose Belvoir when it was time to rent my flat. They've always shown a great appreciation for my business (albeit it's only one flat) again demonstrating a level of customer service that you don't always get from agents as far as I can tell. Would certainly recommend.

Great people, great support, smooth experience,
I was a first=time buyer and needed a helping hand with my property purchase. Belvoir have been superb from day one and I would highly recommend anyone in the area to not hesitate doing business with them. I was having issues finding a solicitor and they recommended one from the area, and it's been a smooth experience. Thank you to Chris and the team for their warming, friendly service.

first class for lettings and purchase
We have used Mike and can not rate highly enough. Belvoir will help with all the advice you require and really take an interest in helping you fully. Communication is excellent and all the team from finding the right tenants, maintenance and accounts give first class service. Highly recommend.
