We sold our house through Belvoir last year. It was a long journey as we’d reserved a new build in Jan 2022 that wasn’t due to be ready til the end of 2022. The Belvoir team were amazing the whole way. We were really pleased with the photos and they were very professional for the open day and viewings. When progressing with the exchange and completion Natalie went above and beyond. With various changes, required legal documents and mortgage extensions flying around it was a extremely stressful time for us. Natalie supported us and made many phone calls on our behalf to get us over the line. Without her help the purchase would have fallen through in the eleventh hour and we would have lost our new home. Belvoir have been excellent throughout every step of my first rental process. The team are always communicative, super concise and helpful. I have been in communication with Belvoir, Basingstoke branch, for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say they are the nicest, kindest estate agents I have ever dealt with. Their communications are prompt and always very helpful and they seem to not only go above and beyond in every instance (always happy to provide accurate and up-to-date advice), but they also have a way of making you feel totally comfortable and validated (for example, when I mentioned I have an old lady cat who I want to give a good life for her last years, this was met with praise and stories of their pets also, which I loved - an excellent touch, it's made the whole experience very personal). I know it sounds a bit sad, but I genuinely look forward to hearing back from their team, they have even made me chuckle a few times, which is greatly appreciated when the stresses of trying to move property are on top of you.
