Great Service
I recently sold my flat through Belvoir (after buying through them originally) and couldn't have asked for a better service from start to finish. Jamie was helpful and extremely knowledgable when valuing the property, placing it on the market and coordinating viewings. Once an offer was accepted, Chris kept me well informed and seemed the main reason behind the process moving forward smoothly and at a good pace. That good service continued right until completion and I would recommend Belvoir to anyone considering selling their home.

Outstanding Service, Especially Maintenance
BELVOIR REVIEW Bevoir, in its various forms has been looking after our properties in Overton, Basingstoke for just short of 2 decades ( 1998 ). They obviously have been excellent, otherwise we would have changed. The Rental office have been very proactive, in finding tenants when needed. We have had 6 changes, and on each occasion we had a new tenant contracted before the existing one left. Only once was there a 5 day gap to redecorate and carpet the house. On one occasion they even negotiated the partial upgrades during the tenancy and the new tenant moved in at 4.00pm, after the previous one left at 11.30am. I am not sure if both tenants paid that day’s rent !!!! I would call that amazing. However, the main attraction for us the most outstanding Maintenance Department. We spend a considerable time overseas, and Belvoir is the tenant’s sole point of contact. “They have even successfully fought the GAS Board for us …. Which says a lot!!!”. Should there be any issues, one of their staff is round to fix it; or for a major job like the roof, we had 3 estimates within days, and they managed the work completion to a very high standard, with no involvement from us or disruption to the tenant. The client is lyrical about the support they have received. Whole maintenance team are excellent, courteous and very proactive. They have specifically complimented CSR Helen for her efforts. My wife & I have told the Belvoir Directors we will change agents if Helen leaves !!!!!.

Excellent and great customer service
Belvoir Basingstoke are a fantastic letting agents, we have worked for them as their preferred cleaning services provider and have always been impressed by how professional they are, they expect the highest standards and we help them deliver that for their customers.

Excellent Service
I sold my fathers house in Basingstoke following his death, through the Branch Manager, Matthew Smith and the team at Belvoir Basingstoke. I felt that Matt had a good understanding of the market and his guidance and advice was prompt, responsive and well-considered. I felt well-supported through what was quite a painful process for me and my siblings and we were very pleased at the outcome. I am glad that I made the decision to give the business to Belvoir and would recommend using them to others without hesitation.

Excellent service and honest hardworking team
As a longtime domestic appliance contractor for many local letting agents in Basingstoke Belvoir's work ethic is second to none they are very committed to their landlords and tenants. It's nice to work with a company that still places high value on customer service and satisfaction. And one that does not hide commission charges to boost their profits. I have found working with Helen ball on the maintenance team to always be professional. As a team they always seeking the best deal for landlord and tenant. I would highly recommend Belvoir to any of my customers or friends

Excellent service, kept up to date, pleasant. Highly recommended
Sold the house within 2 weeks of listing, Belvoir listened to my instructions and followed them to the letter. They reported each week on status, provided extra detail where needed and people at hand for the EPC, etc at very reasonable prices. Excellent Service from start to finish
From the moment Matt knocked on my door to the moment we completed with Belvoir, all the staff were helpful, polite, professional and everything you'd want from an agent. One of the benefits of Belvoir is their active chain management. Chris kept everyone on. Their toes and on the top performance. When it appeared to be going a little awry due to our buyers solicitors Chris was frank, determined and dragged the other parties over the line. Couldn't have had a better service

Reliable and helpful
Belvoir managed my let property in Basingstoke for me for 5 years or so, during which time the tenants changed 4 times. Each time, Belvoir found a new suitable tenant promptly and without fuss. Their excellent maintenance department helped keep the place in good shape, so there were no issues when I came to sell it (through Belvoir, obviously). A combination of nervous buyers and relaxed (for which read "useless") buyer's solicitors made the transaction fraught at times, but Belvoir were always on the case and steered the sale to a successful conclusion at the asking price. I have since used Belvoir again to sell another property and once again found them to be first rate. So in my experience, Belvoir have been reliable letting agents and helpful selling agents. Can't ask for much more than that.

Excellent for sales and lettings
I let my property in Basingstoke for several years with Belvoir. Earlier this year, I then decided to sell, and Belvoir was my first choice to carry out the sale. I live in East London and it was very reassuring to have Mike and Laura taking such good care of the property whilst it was let. They dealt with all the small problems that arose with care and efficiency and communicated with me clearly at all times. When I decided to sell, it was an easy decision to ask Belvoir to take care of things for me. Matthew and his team were excellent at every turn. They explained everything clearly to me, obtained a good, fair price and executed the sale brilliantly. I always knew what was expected of me, and they answered all my questions swiftly. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir. They weren't the first agency I tried in Basingstoke, but they were the last and the best.

I highly recommend Belvoir's sales team
I used Belvoir to sell my flat because they offered the best value for money and seemed to be very efficient. They certainly lived up to that expectation during all the marketing and negotiating!
