Ordered a fridge freezer from Bosch like person before was given a time slot. After time went by I contacted the company many by phone only info they had at customer service was job needs to be by 2 people and nobody had even contacted me. The customer service team didn't even phone back after telling me they will. These companies need to use a better delivery company.w

Pleass pleasd AVOID AVOID!! Zero star if possible. Awful service, the driver claimed to have come to my property and "tried" to ring me but no answer at 7am. That's not true because I was up since 6am and getting my kids ready for school (didn't leave the flat until 8.30am) My phone was on loud incase the driver needed to contact me. We have disconnected our washing machine and now we have to wait 3 days for a re-delievry.

So I placed an order with hoover for a new fridge freezer- paid £35 for delivery on the Saturday. The morning of delivery i had a email with time slot and told ill get a phone call. Delivery slot was 0816 till 1016. Noticed time was getting on so checked on tracking to find it said " unsuccessful delivery " I have no way of contacting product care as they dont have a phone line active at weekend even though it tells me to contact them. I have been in guarding in the front garden so no way could I have missed them. No one has contacted me via phone ect. So I have no fridge freezer now I can use as old one been taken away. I has a load of shopping delivered I couldn't cancel due to it was out on delivery so thats all wasted. Lost a days work! I would stay fair away from this company. You need to learn a way for communicating with your customers at weekends if you going to off a service in that time period! Custom care is nonsense and dosnt exist.

The rudest delivery driver I've ever witnessed. Total lack of respect for myself and my property, nor the new washer and dryer I'd purchased. I would never use a company who use these delivery people ever again.

Unfortunately I've had to put 1 star, as you can't give nothing. I ordered a fridge from Argos and it was due today. I had a message to say my delivery was not successful. Apparently because "the item wasn't loaded onto the van". I rung product care and they couldn't give a reason why and said they would get back to me. Well no one rung, they just rebooked for Monday 15th. Nope not having that, didnt think they could be so bad. Ordered off Anazon and getting it this Thursday. Please tell me how are they getting away with this terrible service?!!

I ordered an air conditioning unit from Curry’s, further to which I received a message and booked the next available time slot (soonest delivery slot was 1 week later). I received plenty of communications beforehand and felt quite confident in the abilities of this company (especially because it asked for info like how many flights of stairs there are, and instructions) Fast forward to today, I stay at home all day because I’ve been allocated a delivery slot, however, nothing arrives in my allocated window.. it’s now 17:00pm, and still, nothing has arrived.. Waste of my day, and the customer services department cannot be reached after 5pm. Don’t bother with this company.. Completely useless. Unprofessional 19:24pm - Delivery not successful! 20:29pm - I receive a text to say that they are sorry they couldn’t deliver the order. I now have the option to choose a new date… guess what, the next date available is 1 WHOLE WEEK AWAY! Totally unacceptable.

Expected delivery of new fridge freezer bought from Costco to replace old one that is struggling in heatwave. Had to defrost and empty out old one 24 hrs before - only to find out 30mins the next day After the scheduled delivery that it was for some reason cancelled and we now need to rebook for another day - earliest slot being 4 days away. Cannot contact anyone because their offices are closed on Saturdays. We are a family of 5 - thanks Product Care Group for being so unhelpful and unthoughtful.

Shocking customer service. Waited 2 weeks for delivery for my fridge freezer, took the day off work and waited until the ‘estimated time of arrival’ and then it switched to delivery unsuccessful. Called for them to state that the order actually wasn’t loaded onto the van and couldn’t tell me why. By this point I had waited 4 hours for the delivery, when in fact they knew it wasn’t even coming the night before. Customer service were as much help as a chocolate teapot too, earliest they can deliver is another week away. Avoid if you can

Worst Courier out there - Product Care is beyond unprofessional. Have a Tumble Dryer ordered via Costco that they are supposed to be delivering. First attempt the driver couldn't be bothered finding my house and didn't phone ahead of time. Rebooked after a lot of back and fourth with their customer service team. As with many of the reviews below have stated, this time they didn't even bother putting it on the van. That's two days of holidays wasted waiting in. The customer service team do not call you back. You have to chase to get any answer. I was told today they were going to find out what happened to my order and phone back. Waited 4 hours and no reply, so called them myself only for the customer service advisor to now tell me they'd launched an investigation and it would take 48 hours. I had to phone to find that out. When I asked to speak to a manager the customer service advisor told me "I can escalate it all I want, it will still take 48 hours". He did escalate it apparently, but I suspect that's going to be as useful as a wet paper bag. Avoid this company at all costs if you have an order they are couriering.
