As a buyer of a house from Webbers I have found them extremely difficult . Like all Estate Agents they are your best friend when you are viewing. Once you have made an offer, forget it. In fact they have made the whole process worse often miscommunicating messages to the vendor. Their sales progressor team is a waste of time, often very sullen and fails to appreciate the legal nuances of selling and buying a house. Things like covenants, tenants and Radon gas cannot be easily dismissed as "I'm sure it wont be a problem". Legally they are. I'm so glad I am not paying the agent fees.

We are tenants and letcheck performed the inventory and check-in on our move in date. Unfortunately, we are not satisfied with our experience and we did try to resolve our concerns with letcheck directly. At the time of check-in, letcheck provided us with two copies of keys for the front door of our flat but was unable to provide us with the two sets of access codes required to access our building. This was extremely odd given that the woman working for letcheck had to have entered the codes to enter the building to perform the inventory. We also asked her where the meters were located. She said she did not know but would be locating them after she was done in the flat. When we received letcheck’s inventory report several days later, all meter reading sections were left incomplete with the notation “Unable to locate”. According to the property management company, letcheck was supposed to have contacted them regarding any issues locating the meters. Of course, we then had to go to the trouble of locating them (a whole separate mess) and supplying the meter readings / information to letcheck so they could amend their report. Letcheck also did not provide us with the mailbox key or the key and access code for the electricity meter. Overall, our check-in process was incomplete and unsatisfactory. Notably, when the woman who performed the inventory and check-in responded to our complaint, she went on a whole narrative about how I showed up early for the appointment. It was completely beside the point and didn’t address our concerns, nor did it affect her ability to provide or do any of these things - she was there before I arrived and stayed after I left (thus she had the full amount of time to “complete” her tasks).
I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a fridge-freezer to be delivered. Took the day off work for it, and had my old fridge collected in the morning. I had a time slot from 8:47 - 11:47, gets to 1pm and because the driver was running behind schedule he made no attempt to deliver my product. He claims he "tried to contact me" which in reality was him phoning me and hanging up within a second. I was on my phone, saw the call come up, went to answer and he'd already hung up. That's not an attempt to contact me, that's making sure he has a log of trying to call when he really didn't. He didn't buzz my flat either. He also claimed there was no where to park even though just 20 minutes beforehand I had a van parked outside to take away my old fridge. I called the company who went on to say I would have to re-book for in A WEEK. I had my old fridge taken away already, the driver decided not to do his job, and I'm expected to happily wait a week without a fridge? They also wanted me to somehow change the roads and create a designated parking space, so I'd most likely have the same experience the next attempt with the driver claiming there's no where to park again. There is, it's just street parking, which the other company had no problem with. No thank you. Cancelled and got one same-day with Currys instead. It's a shame as I like to use Argos for big appliances, but I'm not risking using this company ever again. Even the people on the phone just kept repeating the same scripted lines with 0 care for how I'd been messed around. At the very least the driver should've come back later in the day, or the next day. To be asked to wait a week and probably experience the same thing again is disgraceful. Given the amount of reviews saying similar things I have no idea how this company is still in business. Absolutely shameful.
Terrible service DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. took a day off work Never turned up for delivery and no contact from them at all. Amateur cowboys
Delivered an appliance from Bosch. The email from the delivery company said they would phone in advance, unpack, take away packaging and check for damage. They didn't phone, refused to unpack and refused to take away packaging. They were rude and told me the email didn't say they would do so. They also got annoyed when i signed saying it was unchecked.
