Ovoid product care at all cost! I ordered my appliance 3 weeks ago from Costco and my delivery driver turned up and said that there is no big parking space for his little van. I open the residential parking barrier and let him in and there were 3 parking spaces but he didn’t take it. He left me without saying what will happen to my order. I contacted Product Care that I didn’t receive my order as your driver was incompetent and unhelpful and I was told that they are going to investigate but after a few days I was contacted that the parking spaces were small for the driver (this are standard parking lots) who obviously couldn’t park in. So I was told that I should either call Costco and cancel my order or book for redelivery in a week. This is crazy, I have never had such an experience ever. So I had to rebook and wait another week for it and was asked to pay for the parking of the off road for my order to be delivered! Such a disgrace! Ovoid this company at all cost!

Washing machine never got delivered. Absolute scam, avoid!

This company damaged my kitchen flooring, covered up the issue before leaving and claim no responsibility. A cowboy operation surprised they arrived in a van and not a horse. If you have any option not to use them - take it

They forgot to get our address from the retailer and didn't realise until the driver was on the road. This happened multiple times. They also didn't allow us to give them our details ourselves when we called customer services. We took over a month to receive our product and it arrived smashed. This service is comedically bad.

Appalling delivery team. Unskilled,incompetent, rude and bad mannered. It won't fit...we dont remove packaging...we dont need to place it....and the list went on. Hope I never have to see these types again!

The online manual claims Russell Hobbs is the brand but the manual delivered with the freezer says Abode. After visiting their website I discovered that they have a licence to sell Russell Hobbs products (but clearly not to claim their own brand products are from Russell Hobbs). I raised complaints with both companies through Resolver that have not been addressed and I am escalating to the consumer watchdog. Based on other reviews, it sounds like they deliver for lots of UK companies and I wonder how much business they get from misplaced trust in institutional British brands. I bought from B&Q and was appalled at the service - the freezer arrived in what looked like a second hand box held together with tape. It is subpar and makes a loud clunk every 15 minutes.

After signing for delivery of a new washing machine, they dropped my old one down the stairs outside, breaking several tiles and then showed me a document saying I had signed stating no damage and have refused to fix the issue! This company is operating fraudulently!
