Took almost three weeks for delivery of a fridge freezer from Argos (during which time we had no fridge since our old one was broken) and no contact or information after the initial automated email without us chasing them up multiple times. Their website advertises appliance recycling but they told us that we couldn't request this. They contracted another local company to do the job, making it a fourth-party job, which made us feel like we had even less control over the situation. Would definitely try to avoid this company in future.

Shocking company. Not only did they not turn up on a booked delivery they did not even phone to say they were not coming. No reply to my email and I had to chase them to be told "don't know why they didn't deliver cant get hold of driver but delivery is now cancelled altogether so you need to contact who you purchased dishwasher from." Needless to say I have cancelled item altogether.

Due to have a washing machine delivered on a Saturday morning 8-10am did not turn up, click on the tracking app, for it just to say delivery not possible, no other reason and no update given to us as customer, called their telephone number to find their offices are shut on a Saturday. Now have to wait until Monday to find out where it is, another weekend with no washing machine. Poor service!

Waited in all day for delivery and not appeared. Called 2 times, cannot give update or say when I will get it. No courtesy call to say sorry we are running late or any other excuse they can make up. Oh and tracking systems down, surprise surprise. They are worse than evri. Avoid at all cost. Certainly won't buy if retailer uses them to deliver. Avoid Avoid avoid

Without a doubt, this is one of the rudest and most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. I was expecting delivery of a fridge freezer which had already taken over two weeks to arrange. The driver then apparently “couldn’t find” my property, “apparently tried to call me” despite there being no missed call whatsoever, and I was subsequently told that Google Maps was somehow directing the driver into the middle of nowhere. To make matters worse, the individual I spoke to on the phone then attempted to insinuate that this was somehow my fault, even suggesting that I had no phone signal. This is despite the fact that every other courier company manages to find my property without issue, and I have lived here for almost a decade. The complete lack of accountability, poor communication, and dismissive attitude shown throughout this experience has been genuinely appalling — especially considering we have now been without a fridge for over two weeks. Avoid this company like the plague

Doesnt deserve 1 star!! I ordered a freezer from amazon, three delivery dates from these cowboys, three unsuccessful delivery dates because the freezer was never on the van!!!!! Even though each time the day before they gave me a time slot!!! Joke

This company did not deliver my fridge freezer when they said they would. (After sending many texts beforehand). They then didn't ever text again! Still not heard anything and Hoover claim to be escalating it. Not so much. As usual a complete lack of urgency for a simple problem which is after all their one job.

Useless! I bought a new induction hob and electric oven from Bosch and paid extra for fitting and removal of my old appliances. Delivery man said the wiring wasn't correct for my appliances and I'd need an electrician to rewire. I've just done that and been told no rewiring was required, and did the job in less than an hour for a 3rd of the cost. I'm currently trying to get a refund from Bosch but they're not making it easy.

This company is absolutely ridiculous it needs to be sorted or shut down!!!! My washing machine was supposed to be delivered on Friday, delivery driver went to wrong house to deliver wrong address and left a note saying I wasn't home neighbour came gave me note saying did you order fridge freezer I said it was a washing machine and note said fridge freezer. Called product care advisor was not having non of it but instead blamed it on me and also said thats your problem very disgusting rescheduled for 5 days later. We have been left without washing machine 2 weeks now there's no complaints procedure either just end up going round in circles please try avoid
