I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality. Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.

My experience with purchasing a property with Graham Butt Estate Agents , particularly with advisor Carol, was extremely disappointing. Despite the sale of my own property being ready to exchange, Carol showed no interest in getting her property in the chain progressed at all. Her lack of care and unwillingness to support made it clear that Carol could not care less if the sale went through or not. It is evident that this agency lacked sufficient staff for the volume of business they handle, as Carol was constantly too busy to provide any assistance. Overall, I am relieved that I was not relying Graham Butt to sell my property, as Carol's unhelpful attitude proved extremely detrimental to the process. Poor very bad at keeping in touch regarding repairs and actually doing them :(

We have had an a very poor experience with Graham Butt Estate agents . We arrived at a property and were told 10 minutes before the viewing that it had been cancelled. We left a telephone message at 9.00am to ascertain the house number ,as that wasn’t given to us when we arranged the viewing either. When we got the call from Graham Butt ,10 minutes before the viewing ( we were obviously parked in the street after traveling an hour to get there ), We were told that the house was under offer and the viewing was cancelled . We were informed that a phone message and an email was sent to confirm this yesterday. I can assure you we had no such message or email and the estate agent was very rude . By the looks of another one of your google reviews this isn’t a one off occurrence. This estate agent needs to pull their socks up and be somewhat more truthful. It’s a shame i can’t give zero stars . I’m not keen on being told untruths .
