Graham Butt - Angmering

Very professional and obliging

Very helpful team, got through a difficult sale with good communication through the process of selling

The staff at Graham Butt were all extremely helpful Denise, Tom and Adrian in particular. They responded to any queries really quickly and communicated clearly throughout. Would definitely use Graham Butt in the future.

From the first contact, Denise went out of her way to understand our situation. Once the offer was accepted, Tom took over and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend their service

Whole process from viewing a property to eventually purchasing said property has been handled by all the team at Angmering in an efficient and kindly way. Always felt that the whole team knew who we were and we never felt a cog in a huge corporate wheel. Would recommend them whole heartedly. Thank you Tom and team

Having bought and sold a number of times through them, I have nothing but praise for Graham Butts Estate agents in Angmering. They provide a first-rate personal service. Tom, the Branch manager, leads from the front and shows great commitment and deep market knowledge. Denise, the Branch administrator, is an excellent co-ordinator, always steps into the breach and often eases a tricky situation, whilst Adrian, the Senior negotiator, is tirelessly tenacious in securing Sales. I can thoroughly recommend their services.

Excellent local knowledge and awareness. Always a very prompt response to questions/queries. Friendly and efficient team. Followed our requests and needs fully. Happy to recommend to others.

Tom, Adrian & Denise went above and beyond for us selling our house in Angmering. When the chain collapsed further down, the dedication and time that was put into re-selling our house so that we could continue with our onward purchase was second to none and they resold our house in a matter of days. We couldn’t be more grateful to them and would use them again without hesitation. Thank you so much to all three of you!
