Our first viewing with Astrid wasn't pushy and she was pleasant and informative..We made the offer that day and true to his word Tom called back with the acceptance on the Monday.On various occasions we re-visited the house and always we were made to feel that it wasnt any problem for them. We met Adrian on both occasions who was happy and informative and nothing was too much bother. We had a subsidence video survey carried out at 11am,on the way back home we stopped for a drink and the email quote had been received which I forwarded to Tom and by the time we got home he had negotiated a reduction in price with the vendors.Amazing work..Literally within a few hours.
