We bought a house through Graham Butt estate agents which was looked after by Adrian. Adrian was amazing from start to finish and kept us informed during every step of the process. We had difficulty with a solicitor within the chain which was very stressful but Adrian was on top of it at every point and took appropriate action to get the issues resolved where he could. He kept me reassured throughout and was very patient with my many calls. Tom also helped out and was the exact same, keeping us well informed and chasing things up while Adrian was out of office. I couldn’t recommend this estate agents more and would like to thank them for their amazing service.

They have been great throughout the whole process of purchasing our family home, as with most chains it's never an easy process, but Graham Butt Estate Agents have been very supportive and constantly kept us updated thru this process.

I bought this house 12 years ago from Butts and have now sold through them. Tom came and took photos and by the afternoon it was on the market, within ten days we had had three viewings and 2 offers which we accepted. As time moved on, our chain collapsed when the bottom link pulled out. This was the third of March, and completion had been muted as the 10th. The office managed to get a viewing on the third around midday and by two o'clock a new offer was made which we accepted, protecting our purchase. With great communications from Denise, Adrian and reassurance from Tom we managed to exchange contracts through the new chain on the 3rd April with completion on the 13th. Through times of great panic when the original sale collapsed they each were very reassuring and helped keep us calm speaking to our sellers agent and solicitors. It was a wonderful effort and i am most glad we chose Graham Butt to take us through this. Top marks to them all.
