We bought a house through Graham Butt estate agents which was looked after by Adrian. Adrian was amazing from start to finish and kept us informed during every step of the process. We had difficulty with a solicitor within the chain which was very stressful but Adrian was on top of it at every point and took appropriate action to get the issues resolved where he could. He kept me reassured throughout and was very patient with my many calls. Tom also helped out and was the exact same, keeping us well informed and chasing things up while Adrian was out of office. I couldn’t recommend this estate agents more and would like to thank them for their amazing service.

I bought this house 12 years ago from Butts and have now sold through them. I cannot fault Tom for his understanding and compassion regarding the situation and his excitement for the property. 5* service. Adrian is exceptional and along with Tom, has dealt with all of my anxiety ridden queries. Nothing has been too much for him and he’s answered everything with a smile. We signed up to various estate agents when looking for property's in the area.The team at Angmering where totally professional throughout. Our first viewing with Astrid wasn't pushy and she was pleasant and informative..We made the offer that day and true to his word Tom called back with the acceptance on the Monday.On various occasions we re-visited the house and always we were made to feel that it wasnt any problem for them. We met Adrian on both occasions who was happy and informative and nothing was too much bother. We had a subsidence video survey carried out at 11am,on the way back home we stopped for a drink and the email quote had been received which I forwarded to Tom and by the time we got home he had negotiated a reduction in price with the vendors.Amazing work..Literally within a few hours. Any email that was sent was actioned pretty much immediately.The whole experience was great,particularly during a pretty stressful time. Thanks so much

Tom came and took photos and by the afternoon it was on the market, within ten days we had had three viewings and 2 offers which we accepted. As time moved on, our chain collapsed when the bottom link pulled out. This was the third of March, and completion had been muted as the 10th. The office managed to get a viewing on the third around midday and by two o'clock a new offer was made which we accepted, protecting our purchase. With great communications from Denise, Adrian and reassurance from Tom we managed to exchange contracts through the new chain on the 3rd April with completion on the 13th. Through times of great panic when the original sale collapsed they each were very reassuring and helped keep us calm speaking to our sellers agent and solicitors. It was a wonderful effort and i am most glad we chose Graham Butt to take us through this. Top marks to them all.
