Tom came and took photos and by the afternoon it was on the market, within ten days we had had three viewings and 2 offers which we accepted. As time moved on, our chain collapsed when the bottom link pulled out. This was the third of March, and completion had been muted as the 10th. The office managed to get a viewing on the third around midday and by two o'clock a new offer was made which we accepted, protecting our purchase. With great communications from Denise, Adrian and reassurance from Tom we managed to exchange contracts through the new chain on the 3rd April with completion on the 13th. Through times of great panic when the original sale collapsed they each were very reassuring and helped keep us calm speaking to our sellers agent and solicitors. It was a wonderful effort and i am most glad we chose Graham Butt to take us through this. Top marks to them all.

Whole process from viewing a property to eventually purchasing said property has been handled by all the team at Angmering in an efficient and kindly way. I cannot praise Tom, Adrian & Denise at Graham Butt in Angmering highly enough. We bought out house through them a while ago and had no hesitation in using them for the sale this year. Throughout the process they ensured that stress was kept to a minimum with regular communication and updates. When things got a little fraught thanks to lower down the chain, they were always calm, professional and cheerful, and went out of their way to ensure that we were kept in the loop and that our sale proceeded smoothly.
