My experience with purchasing a property with Graham Butt Estate Agents , particularly with advisor Carol, was extremely disappointing. Despite the sale of my own property being ready to exchange, Carol showed no interest in getting her property in the chain progressed at all. Her lack of care and unwillingness to support made it clear that Carol could not care less if the sale went through or not. It is evident that this agency lacked sufficient staff for the volume of business they handle, as Carol was constantly too busy to provide any assistance. Overall, I am relieved that I was not relying Graham Butt to sell my property, as Carol's unhelpful attitude proved extremely detrimental to the process.
