The best estate agents I’ve ever used. It was a stressful sale and purchase due to the property we were buying being a repossession and Graham butt were honestly incredible. Calm, responsive, reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know and will use them in the future. Although I don’t think I’ll be doing this again any time soon! We've bought and sold a few properties over the years, and have never had a great experience on either side of the transaction with the estate agents. It seems to be an industry riddled with charlatans and liars, however Graham Butts have completely changed our opinion of the industry.
