We bought a house through Graham Butt estate agents which was looked after by Adrian. Adrian was amazing from start to finish and kept us informed during every step of the process. We had difficulty with a solicitor within the chain which was very stressful but Adrian was on top of it at every point and took appropriate action to get the issues resolved where he could. He kept me reassured throughout and was very patient with my many calls. Tom also helped out and was the exact same, keeping us well informed and chasing things up while Adrian was out of office.
