I bought this house 12 years ago from Butts and have now sold through them. I cannot fault Tom for his understanding and compassion regarding the situation and his excitement for the property. 5* service. Adrian is exceptional and along with Tom, has dealt with all of my anxiety ridden queries. Nothing has been too much for him and he’s answered everything with a smile. We have just exchanged after 9 weeks, which we couldn’t have done without the hard work they have put in. Also a thank you to Carol who is also fabulous.
