Dealing with Mike and his staff at the Alton office has been a pleasure. Always cheerful, Mike has kept me informed on the sale of my mothers house, enabling me to keep my two sisters constantly up to date with progress. Outcome and journey

We have had a successful outcome after 5 months of selling our late mother's home,the journey through this process has been steered by mike. For 3 siblings selling a probate property has been challenging, both for managing our expectations and hearing some of our prospective buyers less than heart warming comments!! One such being that we needed to cut the grass before the survey . I guess what you need in this process is some humour, realistic advice and guidance as to how to manage the emotional element of it all , as well as the cold facts on the uk house buying process. Mike has been able to do all that we asked of him and his cheery voice and optimism has been valued. Mike has remained human and professional a difficult cliff edge to walk in the house buying world . Also Mikes team have been consistent in their dealings with us, keeping information flowing.
