The best estate agent we have come across!
Mike was an extremely pleasant, honest, efficient and helpful agent to work with. To our amazement he found us a buyer straightaway. We could not have been more pleased with him and Charters generally. We have dealt with a number of estate agents in the past and they have by far been the best in every respect. We have recommended you to a number of people already!

Excellent financial advisor.
Marion was excellent when organising our next big move. She gave us thorough, well researched appropriate advice with regards to selling and buying our new house. She explained things brilliantly. She always thought about what was best for us and our needs with affordability and having a growing family and the financial impact that has on us. We built a great relationship with mutual respect and honesty. Cant thank her enough!!

Excellent!
Having lived in the Alton area for some years and moved several times; I feel Mike and his team (special shout out to the wonderful Sarah Harris who was fantastic and always went out of her way to help) shine out from the rest.. Highly professional, personable, helpful. Mike has clearly built a great rapport with other parties involved professionally and this really aided the smooth progress of my purchase.. Good communicator, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable
Throughout the protracted sale of our property, through no fault of Charters, Mike constantly updated us - always available to chase other estate agents/solicitors involved in the chain. Always in pursuit of resolving the issues involved in a complicated chain. Through out the process, the whole team were fully aware of our situation and able to answers queries, in Mike's absence. This is obviously a reflection of Mike being an excellent Branch Partner and ensure the staff worked as a team.

Local knowledge
Justin is easy to deal with and knowledgeable. Importantly, his knowledge of the area through growing up there helped us decide that this is where we'd like to settle now that I'm returning to Hampshire.

Very helpful and supportive through a complicated sale
Throughout the sale of my house Sue has been extremely helpful and supportive. Whenever things got a bit tricky she was able to find out and explain what was happening and often put my mind at rest. Selling and buying a house never seems to be straightforward but a lot of the issues were resolved by Sue and the team at Charters making the process as painless as possible.

Our link with Charters' Alton was Justin Robinson
Its difficult to make a move to a new geographic area after living in one house for so many years. So what we were looking for was guidance from people who would take the trouble to listen to and really understand our needs, help us with the inevitable compromises by showing us the relative strengths of what could be available. That required the natural patience to allow us to make our own well informed choice under no pressure.
