From the first time we walked into Charters in Alton Mike has been the friendly, supportive, professional estate agent that everyone needs. He has been there managing the purchase of our new home from the builder and communicating with the agent selling our previous one. His skill at dealing with hiccups in the chain and there have been many, has been second to none. Without his resolute determination that all would be well and his continuing cheerfulness I am not sure we would not have survived the course!
