Dealing with Mike and his staff at the Alton office has been a pleasure. Always cheerful, Mike has kept me informed on the sale of my mothers house, enabling me to keep my two sisters constantly up to date with progress. Your industry gets a lot of bad press, much of it warranted, but when you find an agent who is always at the end of the phone for good or bad news and takes you through the process professionally and with an element of humour (sometimes you just have to laugh) then you put your faith in that agent to deliver....and Mike did. Credit to his team too, very charming and attentive and know their subject. I have recommended Charters in the past and my opinion of them as leading local agents in Alton has only been enhanced by Mike's attitude to his work. Thanks Mike, it really is appreciated.
