Fantastic service

Mike was incredibly supportive during the stressful few months selling our house. He was always responsive, helpful and there if we just needed someone to rant to! I couldn't recommend Mike (and his team at Charters in Alton) more highly. Thank you so much for everything Mike. Matt and Gemma

Mike

Mike is most helpful and helped me so much with my sell He was very good at keeping me up to date with my sell and buying my new house Also he pushed the sell at the end when we thought it might fall apart I would use Charters in Alton but hopefully not moving for a long time Regards June Rushton

Efficient, thorough and professional

It was a pleasure working with Marion. From start to finish, throughout the mortgage-arranging process she has been highly efficient, thorough and professional, showing genuine concern for our position both from a financial perspective and as a family relocating. She always made sure that both my husband and I were clear on the advice she was giving us and acted fast when required. Supported by her colleague, Marie, who was also excellent, they made a great team and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking for honest, helpful advice about mortgages in the future. Mike Marsh

It has been a pleasure dealing with Mike throughout the process of selling our house. Due to circumstances beyond our and Charters' control, the process has been challenging but despite all that Mike has remained highly professional, reliably honest and dealt with the highs and lows of house-selling with a sense of humour that has genuinely helped me survive it! We complete in less than two weeks and I am hugely grateful to Mike, Jonathan, Justin, Sasha, Sarah, Matthew and the rest of the team for all they have done...I think I'll even miss the phone-calls.

Very professional, knowledgeable & patient.

Sacha has been great at keeping us informed of all the properties that matched our requirements & budget. This has been crucial in this buoyant market where houses sell quickly, especially as we live remote from the area near Oxford. Diligent, genuine, positive, hardworking
