Robert was tireless and businesslike from the very first contact. He put forward strong arguments for the selling price. He quickly found a number of clients who were suitable buyers. We achieved a price in our target range with a very good buyer who was very straightforward. He looked after the property while the deal was going on and arranged maintenance. He looked after the surveyor who was working for my insurance company. When the buyers solicitor was disinclined to hurry things along, Robert encouraged him to do so. He involved himself completely in our deal and I think that the result was good for both the buyer and the seller. All deals should be done that way. One day in the future I will be looking for another house in Woodstock and I hope that Robert will be there to find it for me.
