What initially started out as a very simple purchase became a drawn out and frustrating move from offer to completion due to continual challenging circumstances arising from Solicitors and Conveyancers struggling to collaborate or grasp the basic fundamentals. Knowing your client

I decided to use Breckon &Breckon to sell my house after viewing another property that they had on their books. I was impressed with the service and the knowledge about the property, often you can go to view a house and they just open the door, instead they offered advice and service. My property was on the market less than a day, no photography done yet and literally just signed the paperwork, Robert had seen a few images that I had sent over to the office in a quick email, he knew that he had the perfect client that would love my place, he asked if he could bring him round the next day, and he made a full price offer instantly. Robert knew what his clients needs were, and he reacted to them in a prompt professional manor. Robert has kept me informed of the progress all the way through the sale, and sent me a very pleasant email at the end of the sale.
