I was dreading putting our house on the market. I kept putting it off because I couldn't bare the thought of dealing with viewings and estate agents! Breckon however, made the process easy. They were respectful to our home, their photography/videography team were amazing and kept us informed the whole way along. They called me from the car following each viewing to give me an immediate 'thoughts on how the viewing went' feedback and when we did have an offer guided us through our options. They handled all enquires with courtesy and professionalism, and were unfailingly prompt in passing on necessary information between buyers and seller. I never felt like my questions - either about the property or about the process for purchasing the property - were left at the bottom of a to-do pile, but were dealt with promptly and kindly.
