Exceptional service in sale, purchase and rental

We initially enlisted the services of Breckon and Breckon for the sale of our house. The marketing process was straightforward and their agent, Robert, was able to obtain two asking-price offers in less than two weeks. We were also interested in buying one of the properties for sale through them, and again Robert went the extra mile to provide repeated viewings and facilitate what was quite a complicated purchase. As this property required renovation, we also needed a short term rental that would accept our pet dog, and Suzanne and her team were able to help us find a suitable property just around the corner at short notice! Moving house can be a very stressful experience, so we are extremely grateful to Robert and the rest of the Breckon and Breckon team whose exceptional service meant this whole convoluted process was as painless as possible.
