We had a great experience when buying one of B & B’s properties. Charlotte from the Woodstock branch was so helpful and great at keeping us up to date with necessary info. We also had a second viewing with a really lovely lady one Saturday - we didn’t catch her name but she was also very helpful and professional. Overall great experience during what can be a really stressful time.

Martin and the staff of Breckon & Breckon were attentive and kind. They always responded to questions promptly, and were always available to talk through enquiries and concerns. They helped make the administrative aspects of purchasing a house relatively easy. I highly recommend the Woodstock Office of Breckon & Breckon for any seller/buyer in the area.

Excellent communication!
Martin and the staff of Breckon & Breckon were always available for questions and clarifications. They handled all enquires with courtesy and professionalism, and were unfailingly prompt in passing on necessary information between buyers and seller. I never felt like my questions - either about the property or about the process for purchasing the property - were left at the bottom of a to-do pile, but were dealt with promptly and kindly. For anyone who wishes to buy or sell in the area, I highly recommend the Woodstock Office of Breckon & Breckon!

Breckon and Breckon have managed a property in Woodstock on our behalf for over 12 years.Throughout this time we have always had outstanding service by professional courteous members of the lettings team and as appropriate, the Accounts team.Currently Phoebe has been our point of contact and along with her colleague, Louise at the Woodstock office.They are very knowledgeable and nothing is ever too much trouble.
