Very Personal Service
I'm 53 and have bought and sold many properties in my time. I have never experienced an Agent like Robert who has so genuinely listened to and understood my needs and expectations and then delivered with such spectacular accuracy and in such a short time. Robert then followed through managing the negotiations between my self and the Vendor with a rare honesty and integrity.

Excellent Communication
I have worked with Breckon and Breckon on two occasions - as a buyer and most recently as a seller of the same property. They have always been easy to contact and very efficient in their communication with myself, my solicitor and any other companies involved in the buying and selling of my property. Friendly, efficient and professional service throughout the buying process.
Martin and Cheryl were delightful to deal with. Buying, selling and moving can be stressful at the best of times but the Woodstock team facilitated the procedures through very good communication and a desire to make us feel we were at the centre of their attention. Nothing was too much for them and they make a great team.

Helpful, efficient and honest.
