Most helpful and knowledgable

A lot of agents I have encountered are not particularly knowledgable about the properties they sell or the legal frameworks and market conditions. My experience with the team at Breckon&Breckon Woodstock and with Rob in particular, was a pleasant deviation from that unfortunate norm. Beyond the usual friendliness, timeliness and promptness one expects from a professional agent, Rob exceeded my usual expectations in his knowledgeability about the details of the property. His comments were extremely helpful in gauging the situation and facilitating a purchase both over the course the initial negotiations and during a viewing to help shedding light on some initial concerns of mine. He was also most helpful and seemed very trustworthy, providing good suggestions that helped mediating between the vendors and myself to reach a deal both sides could have been happy with. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend Rob and his colleagues and would be most delighted to work with them again in future dealings.
