Lee was brilliant. We bought a property late last year through Davis Tate and Lee handled everything really professionally. Our estate agents did a good job in finding a buyer, but on several occasions Lee had to run around chasing everyones agents and solicitors to get everything over the line. I genuinely think it would have all fallen apart if it wasn't for his impact. I've recommended him to family and friends several times since and can say with confidence that I'd ask Lee to help us if we ever sold (not planning to move any time soon though!)

If you're looking for an open, honest and transparent estate agent, we cannot recommend Lee highly enough. We had our hearts set on a property marketed by Lee, but unfortunately, the sale of our property fell through during the buying process. Lee did everything in his power to help us and we cannot thank him enough for his support. Lee communicates exceptionally, is efficient and puts you as his customer at the heart of everything he does, he really cares. We cannot speak highly enough about Lee. The sale of our property went beautifully, Lee found us the most wonderful and patient buyers and this would turn out to be more important that we could fathom. Our chain became long and complicated above us, without the constant chasing and investigation by Lee I doubt we'd have ever exchanged. He saw warning signs very early on and was able to prepare us. 6 months later and more emails and Lee finally got us over the line after what must have been hundreds of emails and calls to solicitors and agents alike. If you're looking for an agent who values the sake as much as you do, look no further!

JNP sold my house which was a little outside of the area they normally cover in a very short time and at a good price. Selling your house doesn't always go easy, ours hasn't but JNP have been brilliant. They never stopped working for us to achieve our move.
