Element properties are amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better service from them, such a friendly approach, they made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Definitely would recommend them for any of your property needs!

Cos and the team have been nothing but helpful and communicative since we moved into our property. During my search for the right property in London, I spoke to so many rude agents and landlords, however, I was astounded by Cos' warm, open, and professional nature, which has continued throughout our tenancy. I highly recommend Element Properties & CO. to anyone looking to for a high standard property and a great team, that will give you their time.

Element were very supportive of us as first time student renters, answering any and all questions we had, and providing plenty of information. They continue to be quick to reply and are very on top of maintenance, providing a service that makes it quick and easy to contact trusted engineers.

Very friendly, kind, helpful, and inviting. I never feel like I can' t say or ask for something and feel like I can communicate on a friend-to-friend level with my landlord. Cheers!
