Element were very supportive of us as first time student renters, answering any and all questions we had, and providing plenty of information. They continue to be quick to reply and are very on top of maintenance, providing a service that makes it quick and easy to contact trusted engineers.

What a awful experience!! Exhausting disappointing and just disrespectful! Selling the property should be the easy part right? The biggest issue I had with them is that they broke my brand new front door lock and refused that is was them! Apparently the fact they have been in to 100s of properties means that they are lock experts. They will tell you what you want to hear, say they have sold loads of part by parts rents just to get you on the books and do the bare minimum. They did non of their own research! Didn't bother to contact sovereign to find out how the process of buying the property works. Disappointing both me and the people who came to visit the flat. Not only this, asked me to then give them all of the information about the area after a wasn't happy with what they had written on the advert ( I have a train station and a pub 5 minutes away from my home surly that's a big selling point, they didn't bother putting that on there!) You can buy 100% of my property and they didn't even know, because again they didn't do their research! It was only then advertised that you could buy 100% much later in the process. They used ai the write the advert after the information was given it was very obvious as it sounded like they were advertising a holiday stay not a home. It cost me £350 to get my lock fixed that they broke and then still sent me the bill for their bare minimum efforts. Worst experience I could have asked for.

Very very bad! Never again! Was dealing on spare room They make you feel that they just want waste your time and don’t give even viewing appointments. Terrible !!!!!! Would not give even one star ! Just look who gave 5 star reviews who only had 1-3 review in total Looks like fake , like all reviews was created themselves judt fir that business. Two only local guides out of 138 reviews(!) 👎
