Good afternoon, We hope you are well. Further to our telephone conversation, we are truly sorry to hear that you didn’t have a great experience with us. We are reviewing our processes and will take your feedback very seriously as we always want to provide an excellent service to our clients. As discussed over the phone, we had to cancel the viewing as a holding deposit was placed on the property. Once a holding deposit is received, we must cease advertising as it’s only fair to the applicants who have had their offer accepted and in turn paid a deposit. We always try to work with the upmost integrity and are sorry that you felt we didn’t perform at the highest level on this occasion.
