Been a tenant for almost 3 years and could not be happier with the service Element provides! They're always there when anything needs to be fixed or replaced, response times are excellent. And on top of that you have the friendliness and warmth of Cos and his dad; they really make you feel comfortable and assured that they got your back. Could not recommend them more!
