I’m one of three students who were looking to move into a flat in time for second year. Despite the very unexpected circumstances at the moment, George and the team at Element Properties and Co. could not have been more helpful in helping us to move in to our new place. They responded to all our messages within a few hours and did all they could to answer all our questions - and we had a lot with this being our first time renting! They charged no hidden fees, very reasonable rent and were completely transparent every step of the way. When they showed us around the flat, all social distancing guidelines were adhered to and they made sure we all had adequate PPE as well.
