Element Properties

Amazing service throughout my 3 year tenure! Any issue always seen to at the earliest convenience. Really friendly, family run business would definitely use them again in future and or recommend to others!

Element have been sourcing and vetting tenants for me and managing my properties for the last 4 years. Absolute professionals, honest, transparent and always going the extra mile. Could not even consider using anyone else ever again.

My experience as a tenant in one of their properties has been great so far. Cos and his family are always available and ready to help when needed. I would definitely recommend them.

The Element Properties team has always been incredibly professional, helpful and responsive. I feel extremely grateful for the help they gave us for the past year and a half, I can't recommend them enough!!

The team at Element Properties & Co are consummate professionals. They very clearly know the market so can accurately asses values and yields, but in addition to that they understand the finance which is a huge value add. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I was living in one of their property for about a year. George was always super helpful! Once the washing machine just stopped working without the reason and he came on Sunday morning to fix it for us. I strongly recommend their services! Sara

My experience with Element Properties & Co. was great. Costa and George were really helpful - from accommodating my schedule for viewings to explaining me every detail of the process/ clarifying details. They communicate really well, are swift replying emails and transparent throughout the process, which I appreciate.

Elements were one of the founding agencies to join the Findingaplace platform and our referred clients have been exceptionally pleased and well looked after by George, Cos and the team. A huge thank you from all of us! Great service like it should be. Highly recommended.

My partner and I highly recommend Element Properties & Co. A family business who are on point in terms of service, their human touch a bonus. Cos and George have been super understanding, accommodating and have made the whole process easy, if not enjoyable. So far the best landlord we've had!
