I was living in one of their property for about a year. George was always super helpful! Once the washing machine just stopped working without the reason and he came on Sunday morning to fix it for us. I strongly recommend their services! Sara

The team at Element Properties & Co are consummate professionals. They very clearly know the market so can accurately asses values and yields, but in addition to that they understand the finance which is a huge value add. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Cos and George are a delight to deal with, always very responsive and super helpful. Our fridge broke during lockdown but this wasn’t an issue, it was sorted for us straight away! Thanks guys!

Very professional and personal service - always on hand to help with any issues. Currently renting a property from them and you can tell the care and detail that has been put into refurbishing it. Highly recommend.
