I’ve been renting one of Element’s flats for 18 months - great value for money and excellent professionalism and responsiveness. Cos, the landlord, has always been reactive to our questions and when things had to be fixed, he acted in a matter of minutes/hours instead of the days/weeks of your usual London agency. Definitely recommend Element, they are a pleasure to deal with!
