I couldn't recommend Element properties highly enough. From start to finish, Danny went above and beyond to make sure every step of my move was as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Danny was professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. What really stood out was when I made a mistake with collecting the keys—Danny actually changed his schedule to personally drop them off for me so the move could go ahead without any unnecessary stress. That level of customer service and dedication is rare and was genuinely appreciated.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Element Properties to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely helpful letting agent.

Absolutely outstanding service from the team at Element Properties & Co — I genuinely couldn’t be happier with our experience.
Having recently moved back to London from New York, I was feeling incredibly stressed about finding the right apartment and navigating the rental process from overseas. From day one, the Element team went above and beyond to find us a property that perfectly suited our needs and made what could have been a daunting experience feel seamless.
Everything was handled efficiently, communication was excellent throughout, and the entire process was streamlined from start to finish. I honestly couldn’t fault the service we received.
Having rented in both London and New York, I can confidently say that Element are by far the best estate agents I have ever dealt with — they simply can’t be compared. Professional, proactive, personable and genuinely invested in finding the right home for their clients.
Thank you to the whole team for making our move back to London such a positive experience.

Like many of the amazing reviews they receive, my experience was exactly the same. George and his team were always lovely and incredibly prompt at every stage of the purchase. As a buyer, I could see their communication throughout the process, and it was clear how supportive and reassuring they were to my seller.
I only wish I had known them when I was a landlord—I would have happily worked with them and continued my business!
Their professionalism made the whole transaction smooth and stress-free, and I would highly recommend them.
