My partner and I recently sold our flat in N10 via Element Properties and I cannot recommend them enough. Both George and Hiten went above and beyond to respond to any queries and requests which we had throughout the process (which ended up being more complex than we had originally envisaged). They were always incredibly professional, clear in their communication, generous with their time and worked with us to find constructive and proactive solutions.
One of the best decisions we made throughout the process of moving house was deciding to list with Element!

George is an outstanding estate agent. He navigated all the ups and downs of the selling process with great aplomb and steered us calmly through to a successful conclusion. He doesn’t waste time overselling, his estimates are spot on and you can trust them absolutely. He and his team deliver a service which is way beyond any of their competitors. Thank you Element!

From start to finish, Danny’s communication and efficiency have been unmatched. Hiten and George were able to get us the price for our property that we were happy with where other agencies said we needed to reduce. They organised many viewings for us very quickly and always in excellent communication. I felt like the advice that we had from them was so valuable and trusted. I would recommend them to anyone.
Thank you Element Properties!

Hiten was the estate agent on the house I just bought. It was a lengthy and complex conveyance, and had it not been for Hiten's approach, it would have been a longer more stressful process. Hiten was professional, proactive and highly responsive. Even though clearly he was working in the sellers best interests, he dealt with all parties fairly and appropriately. When we come to sell the property we would be happy to work with him and the estate agents again.
Thank you!
