George provided excellent advice to us and he and Hiten were a very good team. They were very responsive and kept us informed and updated all the way through the process. We would highly recommend them.

I have had an amazing experience with this agency at the hands of Danny. From the moment we contacted to view the property, we have had be treated with constant communication and support. Having rented in London for the last four years, this is by far the best experience I have had. I cannot recommend Danny and Elements enough.

My experience with Element was exceptional. Element handled both the sale of my property and my purchase and in both cases were outstanding in all aspects. The sale of my property was a sensitive one as it was my family home for the last 47 years, it was dealt with compassion and professionalism. I was kept informed every step of the way on how both my cases were progressing. A huge thank you to George, Ejiro & Hiten as well as the rest of the team who were so friendly and warm towards me and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Thank you Element!

I had a great experience with Element Properties when moving into my new flat. They were super responsive throughout the whole process—especially over WhatsApp, which made communication really quick and easy. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and they made sure everything went smoothly from viewing to moving in. George, Josh and Sarah have been an absolute delight and have made everything unbelievably simple and easy. Moving it supposed to be one of the most stressful things someone experiences, but the Element team took responsibility for the whole process to take a lot of the difficulties off my plate. Couldn’t recommend any higher
