I chose Element Properties & Co to sell my flat and I’m very glad I did. Hiten was super responsive from the outset, efficient, professional and very effective. We listed my flat in mid January and it was sold STC by early February and is now completed. Hiten - and George when Hiten was away- made sure I was kept updated throughout and they kept everything on track. I would absolutely recommend Element and am grateful to Hiten, George and the team.
