I rarely take the time to write feedback, but I felt compelled to do so on this occasion. I would urge others like me to do the same (good or bad), as I've seen service levels and professional pride, slowly decrease over the years.
I have been extremely impressed with Hiten and George at Element Properties. Hiten's communication has been exceptional throughout; clear, responsive and, most importantly, proactive. He consistently keeps me updated, anticipates potential issues before they become problems, and is always willing to go the extra mile to help. As a seller overseas, this was fundamental to the sale going through.
It is refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely takes ownership and cares about delivering a great service. Hiten has made the whole process straightforward and stress-free, and his professionalism and attention to detail have been outstanding.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hiten, George and Element Properties. An excellent service from start to finish.

I was purchasing a property listed by Element.
George was clear, honest, friendly and communicative. He was at the end of the phone whenever necessary and I really felt he was acting in both the interests of myself and the seller. And when things were getting frustrating due to issues with both parties’ solicitors he was helpful, understanding and also kept a sense of humour.
If it ever comes to selling my property I would definitely consider going back to George and Element.
When I collected my keys I was met by other Element employees who were kind and helpful.

I will pass your kind words on to George and the team who met you at collection — they will be thrilled. We would be honoured to assist you when you decide to sell and are always here if you need anything further.
