I have had an amazing experience with this agency at the hands of Danny. From the moment we contacted to view the property, we have had be treated with constant communication and support. My experience with Element was exceptional. Element handled both the sale of my property and my purchase and in both cases were outstanding in all aspects. The sale of my property was a sensitive one as it was my family home for the last 47 years, it was dealt with compassion and professionalism. I was kept informed every step of the way on how both my cases were progressing. A huge thank you to George, Ejiro & Hiten as well as the rest of the team who were so friendly and warm towards me and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Thank you Element!

They were super responsive throughout the whole process—especially over WhatsApp, which made communication really quick and easy.
