I couldn't recommend Element properties highly enough. From start to finish, Danny went above and beyond to make sure every step of my move was as smooth and stress-free as possible. Danny was professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. What really stood out was when I made a mistake with collecting the keys—Danny actually changed his schedule to personally drop them off for me so the move could go ahead without any unnecessary stress. That level of customer service and dedication is rare and was genuinely appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Element Properties to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely helpful letting agent.
