Element provided a refreshingly personal yet highly-professional service in securing us our tenancy. We are very grateful to have found them in London, a city in which not all property agencies have their customers best interests at heart. We would highly recommend Element to anyone looking for a friendly and effective team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Amazing people and service. Overall experience with Element Properties has been so good! Josh has been the most flexible, available, efficient estate agent I have ever worked with. From helping me to find a cleaner, decorator etc... to finding tenants and organising the contract. Josh has been so helpful in everything. I have even managed to mess things up and pay them twice. The refund was issued within the hour (in the evening). I would not think twice in the future, Element properties all the way :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
