Key points that made the experience enjoyable: 1) Having an open WhatsApp chat to communicate the move and any issues we faced 2) Referencing process and contract signing was quick and smooth due to software systems element properties uses. All was done using our phone apps. 3) Friendly and polite staff who were always supportive and willing to help with any questions. Professional and quick service from start to finish. We dealt with Cos who held our hand through every step of agreeing our mortgage and even went above and beyond by assisting in setting up the relevant insurances. The Element systems and processes are a joy to use. With the inevitable mass paperwork that is involved in mortgage applications, their online forms and simplified ways of working meant we never felt overwhelmed and always knew what was required from us and when. Finally, Cos and everyone we dealt with at Element were extremely personable and explained everything in great detail and layman's terms when needed for us property novices.
