Cos was excellent during the whole process of buying our first flat. He found us the best mortage deal, was reliable, professional, fast and most of all very helpful. If you want a quick and smooth process for searching & buying a property, then I couldn't recommend Element properties & their services enough! I would highly recommend using this extremely professional and efficient estate agent. Element Properties & Co. offer a very competitive sale agency fee and were totally transparent and responsive during the entire process of selling.
