I highly recommend Element Properties as a state agency. They are very patient and professional they deal with both parts in the respect way and trying to much the property with tenant, without mention the office is a high standard place and all the team very welcome...thank you so much guys 😍😍😍

What a wonderful professional well mannered and helpful team. They let my property in a very short period of time. Definitely recommend them as they pay attention to details and nothing is too much for them.

The guys here are first class, taking the load off the landlord/vendor, going above and beyond. After 40 years in property, they are the best I have ever come across. Can't speak highly enough of them.

I would highly recommend using this extremely professional and efficient estate agent. Element Properties & Co. offer a very competitive sale agency fee and were totally transparent and responsive during the entire process of selling. The agent was extremely supportive and driven from beginning to end. I couldn't have asked for more.
