We have been using Element for a while now, they have managed our properties exactly how it should be done. We went from 2 different agencies that were not up to date with regulations, we were always chasing them for gas certs etc. We were just fed up. I do not normally write reviews, however today they went above and beyond and I cannot thank the team enough. I will always recommend them. My relatives have also used them for selling property, and have told me that the knowledge these guys have on property is outstanding. I would also add, they have helped me in structuring my portfolio, and helped me better it. It’s so easy to fall into the trap of going with a chain, and I’m so glad we didn’t as I couldn’t imagine a better experience than what we had with Element. Element have been kind, prompt and thorough since my first interaction with them! Having come from a stressful house environment - searching for a new rental property seemed daunting and anxiety inducing. Josh understood my needs and was readily available, making finding the right space exciting and simple. The onboarding and in-tenancy experience is a real treat - with an easy to use app available to sign up for utilities and simple online system to flag any maintance or repair issues. On top of this - Cos and the team are always by your side - giving a real human touch to it all. Since moving in, I feel a sense of stability and looked after thanks to the team. I couldn't recommend them enough - it's hard to come by such a personable and great agency in the London rental market.

Element were so useful in helping us find a flat to rent. They are super quick with responding, friendly, and go above and beyond to help answer any questions. Special shout out to Ejiro who really went out of his way for us by supporting with a second viewing on his day off. Overall, really great experience and would definitely use Element again.

Josh is extremely helpful and really tries to make the whole renting experience easy. He is very prompt with his response to any questions you may have. And when you submit your application, he gets back to you quickly. The staff is all friendly and helpful as well.
